Every session follows the same structure: Arrival, Ball Mastery, Skill Focus, 1v1, Small-Sided Activity, Game.

Every session is designed to maximize ball contacts, promote decision-making, and create an enjoyable learning environment. Activities progress from individual technique into opposed practices before finishing with small-sided games.
